PARKING AND ARRIVAL

- We ask that all group members arrive at the same time so that we can provide you with the best service we can offer.
- If the parking is full in front of the Inn, please continue along the driveway around the left side of the building, The is additional parking in the lot next door.
- Enter the Tea House through the glass door on the back porch. You will be greeted there and shown to your table.


RESERVATION DURATION AND SEATING

- Afternoon Tea is designed to be a 90 minute experience. While we try to offer enough time for you to enjoy your stay, the company and food, while we never try and rush anyone, if you would like to stay longer kindly ask if there is another reservation after yours, if there is not, we are happy to extend your time.
- No splitting the menu between guests.
- Dress code – we are asked this a lot – while we do not have a set standard dress code, we suggest a smart casual attire - tea hats are encouraged!


PAYMENT

- A credit card is required to hold your reservation. It will not be charged at the time of making the reservation
- We accept cash and all major credit cards.
- We request parties of six or more to coordinate group payment to save on time and processing fees.
- We have gift cards to the Tea House available for purchase. Ask your server.


MODIFYING OR CANCELLING

Guests have up to 24 hours prior to your seating time to make any changes to the reservation. After this any no shows will be charged in full.


FOOD ALLERGENS

- Please be advised that food prepared at the Lady Mary Inn Teahouse may contain, but is not limited to, the following known Allergen ingredients. Dairy products, Eggs, Wheat, Soybean, Peanut, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish and Gluten.
- Even if the food item does not contain any of these ingredients, please be aware that all food items may have come in contact with these allergens.
- Dietary restrictions need to be requested in advance of your reservation. Without advanced notice, we cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate your restriction.


CHILDREN

We welcome children five and older. We do not have a dedicated children’s menu, however please call us to discuss kid’s menu options. Applicable to children five to twelve years old.


ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

We are honored to be the stewards of this amazing home.  The Tea House is located on the first floor. There is a wheelchair ramp at the back of the building with access to the back porch.
All of the Inn’s guest rooms are located on the second or third floors. At this time, we are not able to provide accessible lodging to our guests.  We are working on updating this, please check back.
